「高雄拍」影像創作獎助計畫於2012年創立，以將高雄打造為台灣短片基地為目標，鼓勵創作者打破界限與陳腔濫調，盡情揮灑創意、展現在地特色。迄今獎助的短片作品累計已超過百部，是台灣備受關注的短片計畫。本次選映2019至2021年完成的20部「高雄拍」短片，涵括劇情、動畫、實驗片型，多元紛呈的創作主題，各具特色的表現語彙，匯集出近年台灣短片創作的豐沛能量。
