Yoshiki Nishimura

Yoshiki Nishimura, an experimental filmmaker from Japan, creates works that obscure the line between reality and virtuality using 3D computer graphics. His works expand our perception of reality in various directions. His experimental films and artworks have been shown internationally, including at Ji.hlava IDFF (Czech Republic), IFFR (Holland), SIGGRAPH (USA), European Media Art Festival (Germany), IFF Message to Man (Russia), Open City Documentary Festival (London), Cairo Video Festival (Egypt), Japan Media Arts Festival (Tokyo), Taiwan International Documentary Festival (Taipei, Taiwan), etc. Award: Best World Experimental Documentary Film 2023 at the 27th Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival (Czech Republic) 2005 & 2007, Japan Media Arts Festival, Art Division Jury Recommended works (Tokyo, Japan)
