One phone call, three long takes, connect three seemingly unrelated people, offering a glimpse into the daily lives of urban Hongkongers.

On this street, I often try to piece together and visualize the childhood memories of my mother, who is Burmese Chinese, while pondering over the coexistence state and cultural microcosm of people who have “remigrated” back to Taiwanese society.

Sometimes, as I gaze at people in the physical world, their presence becomes increasingly blurred and fractured until only a hollow shell remains.
