Two Chinese individuals, a poet and a rocker, wander through famous Manhattan landmarks, appearing stylish and confident, but in reality, they are linguistically challenged and penniless. They set their sights on a man in sunglasses in the park, only to find out through an unexpected encounter that he is a fellow countryman and also down on his luck. When poetry and rock fail to generate income, the three team up for street performances, showcasing the "Water Dragon King" stunt.
