In the turbulent early 1980s before the disintegration of Soviet Russia, in the midsummer of Leningrad, the underground rock movement was inspiring a group of young people who longed for freedom. Like many people who were crazy about Led Zeppelin and David Bowie, Victor Choi in his youth longed to make a name for himself in the rock music scene. He met his idol Mike and his beautiful wife Natasha, and wrote an immortal legend. This film is adapted from the legendary Soviet rock singer Victor Cuizhen's rise to fame.
