Hiroshi Takagi lost his memory after a serious car accident and could not even recognize his parents' faces. After returning home to recuperate, he regained his interest in medicine and was admitted to medical school, where he met Ikumi Yoshimoto, a model female student with emotional problems. Bo Shi began to take anatomy classes, and the classroom teacher asked them to see the reality clearly and draw conclusions. But "memory" is both fragile and complex. A young woman begins to "meet" Bo Shi, which is in sharp contrast to his emphasis on facts and realistic research. At the limit of what the human body can do, can love and memory be left behind?
