He Jinyin is a kind-hearted but timid delivery man who is often ridiculed by others. A-Li, a beautiful and lively judo student at the Global Sports Center, is the object of many admirers' affections. He Jinyin falls in love with A-Li at first sight and bravely pursues her. However, A-Li, while willing to be friends, makes it clear that there can never be anything more between them because she despises "timid people." Spurred by this, He Jinyin vows to become strong. After many trials, he seeks out Master Guizai Da of the "Ancient Chinese Fist Technique." Can he endure the "Hellish Death Training" and become truly strong?
