M013_大同 2022.06.07 【簡介】 耿彥波市長對於他管理的大同市有著美好且具野心的藍圖，為完成他的規劃，市長底下的官員強拆了許多民宅，大刀闊斧地建造許多大型建設。平民百姓面對強拆，只有不斷陳情，才能獲得一些補償，但仍無法改變被迫離開家園的處境。然而突如其來的人事調動，卻使之前的一切努力與犧牲化為烏有，只剩下一處處未完的工程。 . 【感想】 這是經由敏迪 @mindiworldnews 推薦，在Giloo紀實影音平台 @giloo.ist 上觀賞的電影，謝謝讓我看到很棒的電影。 點開電影後，才發現這不是我第一次看《大同》。在幾年前的中國大陸概論通識課上，老師曾放過這部。還記得當時的我對於強拆感到非常激憤，覺得十分不公，且不尊重人權。但是現在的我感受卻不同。雖然同樣不同意違反人權的強拆，但同時又多了些理解身為市長想達成的理想。 如果以市長的角度切入，縱使許多人認為蓋城牆是無法改變文化底蘊的，但是如果以十年百年的維度來看呢？新的城牆會不會在後代也成為重要文化遺產的一部分？有些政策一開始可能無法有立即成果，但在更大的時間維度下檢視，卻會有重大的影響。耿彥波市長或許是希望能藉由軟實力，讓大同發展出以文化為中心的相關產業鏈吧。只可惜中間執行的過程犧牲了許多人的權益，還有最後整個工程並未完成。 以拆遷戶的角度而言，在市長口中只是個數字的房子，卻是他們生活一輩子的家。他們的積蓄、生活，一切都圍繞著他們的家而發展。突然被告知他們的家要沒了，那該有多無助。雖有安置房，但他們還是要付出其他成本，如去工作或上學地點可能需要更多交通費，新的鄰居可能有摩擦，附近的物價可能更高。他們大多原本為社會基層的民眾，任何突發的事件都可能造成他們的生活陷入困頓，再加上有些人不一定拿得到安置房，因此他們會抗爭、陳情那都是當然的。 電影中呈現了許多樣貌的耿彥波市長，也呈現出人是複雜的。市長有強勢的一面，同時也有溫柔的一面。他拆了很多人的房子，對執行不力的手下也毫不留情面，但面對陳情的民眾，他也是親自聆聽意見，並沒有太多架子。他有他的理想，雖然一直說著「鐵打的衙門，流水的官」，但他在位期間，卻也是兢兢業業、毫不放鬆，不斷處理各種問題。我想這也是很難令人完全討厭他的來源。無論耿彥波市長的政策到底好不好，但他是有心在為大同這城市建設。 而中國官場的人事更動竟如此容易就將人調任，也令人意外。若沒有明確的任期，則會使地方首長轉求以立竿見影的政策取代具長期規劃的政策。當上層都以短視近利為訴求，那麼會忽略許多重要建設和事先布局。社會主義的優點是能快速動員國家機器，去完成特定的目標。但若該目標不是建立在有長遠的規劃上，則會使整個社會充斥各種突兀的建設。這是社會主義國家的強項，同時也是軟肋。 . 【觸動的句子】 1.耿彥波：「同情是可以同情，規矩是規矩，但是不能要挾政府。我是同情弱者的，你不要挑戰政府」 2.鄭慧：「你把大同市城牆全圍起來了，它就有了文化底蘊了？它就有了旅遊價值了？」 . #Burnink_電影 #Burnink_Movie @burnink_98 #大同 #TheChineseMayor #周浩 #HaoZhou #中國 #China #拆遷 #Demolition #這些國家那些事 #TheseCountriesThoseThings #敏迪選讀 #mindiworldnews #Giloo紀實影音 #紀錄片
看太多選邊站或是以平淡訪談堆積的紀錄片，本片貼身拍攝，非常精彩。 《大同》在中國被禁，我以為是立場鮮明，但片中各種面向都有，一下市長鐵腕臭罵偷工減料，偶爾夾雜市井老百姓褒貶不一，市長夫人的苦口婆心，年輕時的理想等等，這些混亂的種種堆疊起來，比起想說什麼的特定單一角度，更能啟發思考和討論，相當不容易。 --- 延伸： 角色，記憶與空間——大同古城的故事 陳東立 https://www.ln.edu.hk/cht/mcsln/feature/69th-feature/69th-feature-01/
ln.edu.hk一看到城牆和城門，想起我2013年曾經到四川的閬中市拍片，據傳閬中是張飛死的地方。 閬中也有個古城，不過規模比大同要小得多，城內確實有不少古蹟，古城已有上千年歷史，但就像是把觀光老街放在一個巨型的中影文化城（以前台灣拍古裝劇的片場），房子多數是真的老，但是店家都賣些土產啦塑膠扇子等等的紀念品；另外當地特產有一個叫做「張飛牛肉」，以張飛命名，工廠大門還有一個巨大的張飛雕塑頭像，三國故事裡，張飛可是被割下頭顱的呢。 岔題很遠，我意思是，即使大同市最終完成城牆修建大業，裡面的內容物我想和閬中應該相去不遠。
分寸的拿捏，是周浩當記者後訓練出來的敏銳。他1968年生於貴州，大學學的是機械製造，畢業後當過工程師、新聞攝影記者。2001年，站在30多歲的年紀，開始覺得當記者不那麼過癮，有了更強烈的表達慾望，才開始拍起紀錄片。周浩說自己小時候不喜歡熱鬧，學科成績也不特⋯⋯
