Through kaleidoscope juxtaposition, the film constructs asynchronized Cairo panorama. In October 6th City, a Christian church rises above while a Muslim mosque occupies the ground below. At the crossroads, the upper frame holds the sacred mountain and prayer, while beneath it unfold the garbage station and the informal slum. Shot entirely on infrared camera, the work eliminates dialogue, allowing thermal dual vision to register heat, distance, and inequality. Devotion and survival, sanctity and waste, revealing old Cairo unseen crossings.
