Azhi, Achun and Shanghai left their hometowns and came to Taipei, and stayed in the city together after graduating from university. The three of them live together, and their life is full of music, movies and cigarettes. They seem to be living an enviable life as artists. In fact, they are just three confused losers with no job, no direction, and no future. They are frustrated and hit every wall in Taipei. They think about leaving the city all day long. But will their lives suddenly become brighter after leaving?
